Eliza Gorzkowska specialises in legal issues related to the operation of the capital market, with a particular focus on legal services and advice to financial institutions, including investment fund companies and investment funds, as well as other capital market participants, such as banks, investment firms, transfer agents, etc. She also deals with legal aspects of trading in financial instruments.

She has many years of experience in ongoing and comprehensive services provided to investment fund companies, including as a supervisory inspector and an internal auditor.

In addition, she provides legal assistance on commercial law, AML, and the establishment and operation of Employer Pension Schemes, Individual Pension Accounts, and Individual Social Security Accounts.

She has completed a number of workshops and training courses in negotiation and mediation.
