Jakub is a Law graduate of the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw and the Marcus Lutter School of German Law at the University of Warsaw and the Friedrich Wilhelm University of Rheinland in Bonn.

Advocate trainee of the District Bar Council in Warsaw.

Jakub specialises in corporate law and M&A transactions. In addition, he is involved in advising capital market entities.

He provides legal assistance in English and German.
