He graduated with honours from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw and from the Cambridge University British Law Centre's School of British and European Law.

In his work, he focuses on infrastructure, construction and industry market practice (energy, oil and gas, offshore, offshore wind). He advises on shaping the legal framework and implementation of some of the largest Polish projects. He has extensive experience in negotiating construction and construction-related contracts, as well as in negotiating disputes, also in an international environment.

He is fluent in English.
