Martyna Rysiak gained experience in her area of specialisation in Matczuk Wieczorek i Wspólnicy law firm, with which she has been associated since 2011.

She specialises in commercial and business law. As part of her practice in the firm, she provides legal services to commercial law companies in the area of corporate and contractual matters. She advises clients on transformations, divisions and mergers. In addition, she has experience in legal audit (due diligence).

She is fluent in English.
