Graduated in law from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków. He also studied at Radboud Universiteit Nijmegen in the Netherlands.
He is a trainee legal adviser and a member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Warsaw.

Michał Gryta specialises in capital market law and issues related to the operation of investment funds. He has experience in legal services for investment fund companies and the funds they manage, as well as in setting up alternative investment companies.

He actively supports the capital market litigation and compliance departments of financial institutions. In addition, he acts as an internal auditor in one of the investment fund companies operating in the market.

He speaks English and French.
