Olga Kania specialises in advising on commercial law and capital market and securities law, with a particular focus on legal services and advice to financial institutions, including IFCs and investment funds, banks, and investment companies. She also provides legal assistance in AML, automatic exchange of tax information (FATCA and CRS), and competition law.
She has many years of experience in providing ongoing and comprehensive services to investment fund companies, including as an internal auditor.
